Real Shift Digital provides AI education, consulting, training, and community services including but not limited to: The Real Shift Report newsletter, the AI Readiness Audit, the Digital Shift Society community (hosted on Skool), and the Real AI Shift Cohort program.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, frameworks, course materials, newsletter content, podcast episodes, videos, graphics, and the Real Shift Digital brand — is the intellectual property of Shawn C. Parker / Real Shift Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

4. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

• Harass, threaten, or harm other community members

• Share false or misleading information

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Newsletter and Email

By subscribing to The Real Shift Report or completing the AI Readiness Audit, you consent to receive email communications from Real Shift Digital. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Refund terms for paid programs will be specified at the point of purchase. Newsletter subscriptions are free. Community and cohort refund policies will be detailed in enrollment agreements.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law
